REAE Doctoral Minor Comprehensive Exam this Fall

The REAE doctoral minor comp will cover the following courses/topics.

Real Estate Analysis
Real Estate Finance
Real Estate Investments
Real Estate Quantitative Methods

This past academic year, we had a meeting about the material to be covered from Real Estate Analysis. In the near future, there will be a list of topics and possible questions posted covering Real Estate Quantitative methods.

The guidance for Real Estate Finance and Real Estate Investments is broad. Questions will be based on material covered in these classes and will be question that a PhD candidate minoring in real estate should know.
